Our services are available to Minnesota residents who are 18 or older, on Medical Assistance, have a disability or disabling condition, and are experiencing housing instability or at risk of homelessness.

Our Housing Stabilization Services are covered by Medical Assistance (MA) for eligible individuals. There is no additional out-of-pocket cost for our clients.

The timeline varies depending on individual needs and local housing availability. We work diligently to find suitable options as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 months.
